Summary:
Three day conference with Sundowner room as main venue set up conference style, Plaza used for, registration, 20 accommodation units made up for breakout meetings. All delegates staying on site with entertainment and meals provided.
Screen, video and overhead projector to be provided and used throughout the weekend in the Sundowner Room.
Saturday:

Access to Sundowner for Exhibition and product set up.
Evening meal available at the Country Club for those guests staying over. (At additional cost, 3 choices from Menu.)
Friday:
Restaurant open from noon for tea, coffee and biscuits for early arrivals
Registration of delegates in Plaza between 15.00 and 18.00
After delegates have registered, keys for units are collected from reception
Pool Tournament commences running all weekend
